About Me

My name is Ianna Fenton and I am a Fall 2022 graduate of Howard University. I majored in journalism with a minor in psychology. Throughout my college career I have interned at Hallmark Media, UM- Media brands and now, at the Prison Journalism Project where I have been offered a post grad position on their editorial team. I also completed a multitude of projects from a behind the scenes spot for an original Hallmark movie, to reporting at the White House for a story with Howard University News Vision. Within News Vision, I also acted as director for our final newscast and our coverage of the historical 2022 midterm elections. Post grad, I want to explore producing, reporting and audience engagement on a larger scale
